7 Day Exchange policy with proof of purchase.
There is a no returns policy for our products.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to exchange for another item, or for store credit for future purchases. Please note, this does not apply to items that we received on consignment or were special ordered and/or custom ordered for you. If you are planning on exchanging an item and returning the item to us, it must be returned in its original box with everything it came with. For any jewelry or watch purchases, tags, stickers, protective plastics, protective tapes etc., MUST be attached as they were when you received it, or we cannot accept the return.
The only fees you are responsible for are the shipping costs to and from, as well all costs associated with it including insurance to and from, and for international customers, any duties or value-added taxes.
EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.
All returned exchanges must also have a Return Authorization (RA) number. To get an RA number, you must get in touch with us prior to shipping it back. Any returns without an RA number will be returned to the sender.
Returned Exchanges will be credited in full minus the price of the original shipping costs and the costs associated with insuring your purchase.
Upon Exchange request East Coast Jewelry will provide a fully insured return shipping label at the buyer’s expense.
Once you have received the return label, the item must be shipped to us so that we receive it within 7 days of issuance.
In addition to the above, the following must be considered depending on what you purchased from us and want to return:
Watches must be returned in the original condition, with all protective plastics/tape and hang tags intact, and with all accessories, including boxes and papers, no matter how trivial the items may look, included exactly as how you received it. Until you are completely positive you will be keeping the watch, kindly do not wear it. It is pretty much impossible to wear a watch, even for a short moment, so that the watch would not be blemished or scratched. Do not have the bracelet sized (links removed), or any straps cut or exchanged. Please note that some watches are on consignment and do not carry a return or exchange policy. Also, again, please note that special and/or custom orders do not carry any return or exchange policy.
All jewelry must be returned to us in the original condition, with all of the original included items consisting of boxes, papers, and with the hangtags attached, no matter how small or trivial it might look. Resizing of rings, bracelets, necklaces etc. done by the customer voids the return policy.
We will gladly help provide special orders of items that we do not currently have in stock. Due to this specialized nature, special order items are not subject to the standard return or exchange policy. This applies to products that are not in stock that have to be special or custom ordered.
Our Return Exchange Policy does NOT apply to items that are on consignment (memo), special and/or custom orders, as well as the exchange of any items that fall under these criteria. Exchanges can be accepted only for items purchased in stock for other in-stock items. Feel free to contact us about your purchase’s status as a consignment or in-stock item.
PURCHASES BY MANUFACTURES
Our return exchange policy does not apply to any purchases made by any watch or jewelry manufacturer, watch brand or jewelry brand distributors, and/or any person acting on behalf of any of these entities in any capacity. Purchases made by the aforementioned entities may not be returned or exchanged for any reason under any circumstances.
If for any reason any of these conditions can't be met, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We are very reasonable people and are willing to listen to what you have to say, but you simply must give us a call and receive authorization first before you put any product in the mail.
