Shipping Policy

We will ship almost anywhere in the world with the world's most trusted carriers (exclusions apply):

For domestic shipments:

Decisions will be based on where the package is going, it’s value and how large it is.

Processing and handling time usually takes about 1 or 2 days. We'll notify you about delays if they should arise.

Anything that leaves our shop is insured against loss, theft, and damage while in transit, so you don’t need to worry if your investment is protected. Our packages are insured by an independent third-party insurance company. There are instances where an item will exceed the limits of the insurance policy. In these cases, we use a secure armored carrier to get your package to you on time, safe and secure. Charges for these services will apply and will be provided at the time of purchase.

Please note that at all the packages we send out will need an adult (21+) signature at the time of delivery. Because of the insurance policy, we are not able to ship our products if there is no adult available to sign for the package upon delivery. Please note that packages cannot be rerouted or be held at the carrier location for pick up. The carrier will attempt to re-deliver three times and if no one is available to sign the package, it will be returned to us.

Shipping to an address other than the billing address when paying with a Credit Card:

Due to the heightened risk of fraud associated with high-end luxury products, must ship items to the billing address of the purchaser associated to the account. However, we do realize that there are instances where the item would need to be shipped to an alternate address. If you would like the package to be shipped to an address other than your billing address, you must contact your credit card company and have them add an "Alternate Shipping Address" to your account. It is a very simple routine procedure, which should only take a few minutes or so to complete. In turn, it adds a level of security to your purchase that simply isn't worth overlooking.

Call the phone number on the back of your credit card and ask that an agent add an "Alternate Shipping Address to File". Give them the address you would like to have the product shipped to and ask them to add it as an alternate shipping address on your file. This extra security procedure will help ensure that both parties are protected from potential fraudulent orders by letting East Coast Jewelry know that the cardholder has authorized us to send the product to an address other than the billing address on the credit card's account.
